These are very stressful times with the recent pandemic and there is a lot of information going around. There is also a lot of confusion and misinformation being spread on social media. I want to offer this time to let you know how I am personally preparing and introduce the herbal categories I will be using when needed and why. I will also be talking about basic energetics to help you understand the individual’s needs. There will be time for questions and answers at the end.
