Springtime brings new growth and the opportunity to start collecting blossoms to prepare your own flower essence. Flower essences can be very beneficial to the spirit and our emotional well being. Journey with Mary Colvin RH(AHG) to connect with two very special plant allies: Violet and Apple. We will sit with each plant individually and journal our thoughts while the flower essence is being prepared. Each participant will leave with their own 1oz bottle!
